# 20260715

the critical thing is that the moves I take have to work *regardless* of physical context.

for the tractability of this ^ to itself be tractable we gotta define "moves" and "I"

they're coupled, defined by the procession between them, trinity-style. every self-scope I've got has its own set of moves.

this means that it's \*mostly\* about pulling focus so that the self-scope with a relevant move is the one that gets focus. (I think this is what buddhism's getting at with "right action".)

\> the critical thing is that the moves I take have to work regardless of physical context.

this statement then is a claim at the level of each self, about that level of self playing a card only when it has perfect information about the applicability of that card

***

ahhhh. I am forced to forget whatever I can. that's my seat in this universe, that's my signature move.

when everything is forgettable, this seat is safe. that's .. physics? neat

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://www.isaacbowen.com/2026/07/15.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
